Strength & Form Training for Runners
Coach Marshall is offering a class for runners that will focus on drills, exercises and strength training for runners. This class will be offered through Corps Fitness CrossFit Berks at their facilities.
If you’re looking to improve your race times or are a runner looking for a good cross training option to get stronger or prevent injury, then this is the class for you!
WHAT TO EXPECT
• Plyometric run-specific exercises
• Dynamic warm-ups
• Core strength for runners
• Balance and Agility drills
• Exercises to prevent & decrease injuries
• Form-work and analysis
• Run-specific stretches
• This one-hour class will be taught by long-time runner, triathlete,
and run coach, Marshall Pickard.
MONDAYS: 6:45 PM - 7:45 PM
