Online & Personalized Coaching Plans

With Peak Coaching you have several plans and payment options to choose from. The Silver Plan is recommended for runners looking to reach new goals. The Gold Plan focus is for triathletes and multi-sport athletes or runners who want a more detailed plan that includes cross training and multi-sport (cycling, running, and swimming) training. There is a Couch to 5K plan for beginner and newer runners. And, there are plans specifically for High School cross country, middle distance, and distance runners. Also available are Race Specific training plans for triathlons and running.

All plans include personalized coaching by Coach Marshall and customized workouts that will lead to greater success. All plans have a monthly or 12-week subscription plan. See individual plans for details.

RUN Form Analysis

During individual or group runs, I will evaluate and record your running and then give feedback that will allow you to improve your running form. This is done within the Reading area. Contact Coach Marshall for pricing and details. 

AREA GROUP RUNS

Live in or around the Reading area? Want to get together and go for a group run? Or, like to schedule some time with me to run with you and give you pointer and tips? Then click here for group run schedule or email me to schedule a run. No extra charge for this service.

SWIM ANALYSIS & DRILLS

For many triathletes the swim portion is the most intimidating leg. I will work with you on your form and open water swim technique. Provide drills that will help make you a more efficient swimmer and increase your confidence in the open water. Contact Coach Marshall for pricing and details.

Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT

Payment must be received before services start. Each session  starts the first Monday after payment has cleared. That payment is due before services are activated. After the first session, if you wish to continue services, you will automatically be renewed for the term of the previous session, unless you cancel prior to payment due date. I accept preferred payments via Paypal (please contact me if you wish to make other arrangements).

WAIVER

A waiver will be emailed to you (or completed online) that you must sign and sent back to me prior to receiving your first training schedule.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel coaching, you must give at least two weeks notice.
