Who is Coach Marshall?
Good question! I am a runner, triathlete, husband, father (two teenage daughters and one English Lab), and head high school cross country and track and field coach at Berks Catholic High School in Reading, PA.
Originally a competitive swimmer and soccer player, I started running after a torn ACL in my knee made me re-think my athletic endeavors. At first, I competed in local 5ks. Then I got bit by the triathlon bug. Since I have started, I have raced 5Ks to half marathons, duathlons, and sprint triathlons up to to a half Ironman. And along the way I've won a bit of hardware for my efforts. My high school runners have done very well too. It's been a blast.
To improve my times and cut down on injuries, I started writing my own training plans. My times dropped. My injuries lessened, My passion grew. Friends and family began to ask me to help them with their training. I really enjoyed coaching other athletes and helping them to improve and meet their goals.
So, I have decided to make my passion my business. As your personal coach, it is my mission to help you realize your potential and meet your goals.
Reasons Why Athletes Seek My Help

where or how to start.
Their training has gotten stagnate and they’re no longer improving.
No matter what they try, they just keep getting injured.
They start training, but just can’t seem to stick with a plan.
They need a positive and motivating coach that will keep them on track.
