I also provide accountability and motivation while taking the guesswork out of your training. And, we work together so that your training plan fits your lifestyle in order to guarantee success.
I believe in training smart. Athletes need guidance not only on how to train and how often, but guidance on injury prevention, mental toughness, and proper fueling. I provide this input and listen to your feedback so that I can adjust and tweak your plan as needed.
